Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a mayor in Economics, Industrial Management and Human Resources Administration. Has a Master's in Business Administration with a mayor in Human Resources Administration, and graduated Suma Cum Laude. Is a professor in the Business Administration and in the Office Systems Faculties at the University of Puerto Rico, Carolina campus. She worked in the creation of the Compensation and Benefits Administration course at the graduate level in the Central University of Bayamon.  Has worked as Human Resources director and has offered outsourcing services in the work environment.

Mediator certified by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for Conflict Resolution.  Has a Masters in Neurolinguistic Programming and a Masters in Neuro Coaching, certified by the International Association of Coaching and NLP;

Neuro-Coach Profesional certified by the International Association of Coaching;  NPL- Practitioner certified by the International Association for PNL (IANLP). H as a Graduate Certification in Community Development, from Rutgers University, Camden Campus in New Jersey.

Has a vast experience in the creation, development and implementation of initiatives and projects of social responsibility.

Certified as a Usui Reiki therapist, Pranic Healer, and Psycotherapy Pranic Healer. Completed the Business Formation for Business Woman Program.

President of “Transformación ES, Inc.” (Transformación Educativa y Social), a non profit organization, which mission is identifying  existing social problems and creating proactive strategies which can positively and effectively impact the Puerto Rican society.
