Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual modality that started in India and is practiced all over the world.  There are many varieties of yoga practiced for different purposes. Some varieties like Vini yoga and Restorative yoga focus on helping the body heal and become stronger.   Others like Hatha yoga or Kundalini yoga assist the body, mind and spirit in achieving a harmonious flow of energy throughout all systems in the body.
